PassRight Talent Visa Questionnaire

The following questionnaire is designed to provide us with an overview of your achievements and help us screen your eligibility for the O-1A Visa, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW Green Card petitions.

Important:

  • Completing this form should not take you more than 15 minutes;
  • Once you have completed the form, our immigration attorney will need a few days (maximum up to 2 business days) to properly review and understand how we can best help you;
  • Once the screening is completed, we will get back to you via email to share the updates and/or schedule a call for further discussion;
  • We will not process evaluations for questionnaires that do not provide any type of information, or questionnaires that only include a LinkedIn profile or attached resume with no additional details.

Note: You will be able to save the form and resume later at any time. After you save your answers you will receive a personal link to your form. Please save it in a safe space and use it at any time to resume answering questions.
